Bird’s Nest and Minced Pork Congee

1 -2 servings

Ingredients:

- 1 comb of dried bird’s nest (approx. 7 g)
- White rice ½ cup
- Water ½ cup
- Chicken stock 1 cup
- Mince pork 100g

Cooking direction:

- Soak 1 comb of bird’s nest in cold water for approx. 3 hours, rinse well 
- Marinate mince pork
- Bring stock and water to boil, put in rice and cook to form congee
- Add all ingredients, stir well and cook until boil
- Add seasoning and serve
