Bird’s Nest Soup Desert with Rock Sugar

1 -2 servings

Ingredients:

- 1 comb of dried bird’s nest (approx. 7 g)
- 30g rock sugar
- 2 cups of hot water

Cooking direction:

- Soak 1 comb of bird’s nest in cold water for approx. 3 hours, rinse well 
- Put the hot water into a double-boil pot. Make sure it covers all bird’s nest.
- Add cleaned, soaked Bird’s nest, rock sugar and dried red dates
- Double-boil for 30 minutes
- Stir rock sugar to dissolve

Serve the soup hot or put in the fridge and serve chilled in summer time.
