Bird’s Nest and Minced Pork Congee

Bird’s Nest in chicken soup

1 -2 servings

Ingredients:

- 1 comb of dried bird’s nest (approx. 7 g)
- 1-1/2 cupsof chicken soup (pre-cooked)

Cooking direction:

- Soak 1 comb of bird’s nest in cold water for approx. 3 hours, rinse well 
- Put the chicken soup into a double-boil pot.
- Add chicken soup and soaked Bird’s nest
- Double-boil for 20 minutes
