<p>1 -2 servings</p>
<p>Ingredients:</p>
<p>-	1 comb of dried bird’s nest (approx. 7 g)<br />
<br />-	White rice ½ cup<br />
<br />-	Water ½ cup<br />
<br />-	Chicken stock 1 cup<br />
<br />-	Mince pork 100g
</p>
<p>Cooking direction:</p>
<p>
-	Soak 1 comb of bird’s nest in cold water for approx. 3 hours, rinse&nbsp;well&nbsp;<br />
<br />-	Marinate mince pork<br />
<br />-	Bring stock and water to boil, put in rice and cook to form congee<br />
<br />-	Add all ingredients, stir well and cook until boil<br />

<p>Ingredients:</p>
<p>-	1 comb of dried bird’s nest (approx. 7 g)<br />
<br />-   30g rock sugar<br />
<br />-	2 cups of hot water
</p>
<p>Cooking direction:</p>
<p>
-	Soak 1 comb of bird’s nest in cold water for approx. 3 hours, rinse&nbsp;well&nbsp;<br />
<br />-	Put the hot water into a double-boil pot. Make sure it covers all bird’s nest.<br />
<br />-	Add cleaned, soaked Bird’s nest, rock sugar and dried red dates<br />
<br />-	Double-boil for 30 minutes<br />
<br />-   Stir rock sugar to dissolve
</p>
<p>Serve the soup hot or put in the fridge and serve chilled in summer time.</p>
